2. Our products
All products sold through Hands On Primary are digital downloads unless clearly stated otherwise.
No physical products will be posted to you.
After your purchase has been completed successfully, you will receive access to download your files.
Please ensure that you download and store your files safely.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments and any payment methods made available through that service.
Hands On Primary does not store your payment card details.
Your purchase will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
5. Digital downloads
Our products are supplied as digital files.
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
you have suitable software to open PDF files or other file formats supplied
you download your purchase promptly
you keep a backup copy for your own personal use
If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
6. Licence to use our resources
When you purchase or download one of our resources, you are purchasing a licence to use the resource—you are not purchasing ownership of the copyright.
Unless otherwise stated, your licence allows you to:
download your purchased files
print the resources for your own household
use the resources with your own children
adapt activities to suit your family's needs
share photographs of completed activities on social media
recommend or review our resources, including using selected screenshots that do not reproduce the resource in full
Schools and educators may also share photographs of children using printed activities, provided they have the appropriate permissions to do so.
7. What you may not do
Unless you have our written permission, you may not:
share or distribute the original digital files
email the files to another person
upload the files to websites or file-sharing services
reproduce an entire resource online
sell, licence or commercially exploit our resources
remove copyright notices or branding
claim our work as your own
Purchasing one copy does not allow multiple households to use the digital files.
8. Copyright
All resources, artwork, layouts, designs, written content and downloadable materials remain the intellectual property of Hands On Primary unless otherwise stated.
Copyright is not transferred when you purchase a product.
9. Free resources
Free resources provided through our website or newsletter remain protected by copyright.
The same licence restrictions apply unless we clearly state otherwise.
10. Refunds and cancellations
Because our products are supplied as digital downloads, your purchase is normally delivered immediately after payment.
Where you expressly agree to immediate access during checkout, you acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right may no longer apply once the download has begun.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights if a product is faulty, not as described or cannot be downloaded.
If you experience any problems accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
11. Product information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and previews accurately represent our resources.
As educational activities are open-ended by nature, individual outcomes may vary depending on the child, materials available and level of adult support.
12. Educational use
Hands On Primary resources are intended to support learning and creativity.
Parents, carers and educators remain responsible for supervising children appropriately and selecting activities suitable for their age, abilities and circumstances.
Where activities involve scissors, glue, paint or other art materials, appropriate adult supervision should always be provided.
13. Limitation of liability
We work hard to ensure that our resources are accurate, enjoyable and of a high quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hands On Primary shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or digital products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where this would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on this page together with the date it was last updated.
Any changes will not affect purchases made before the revised Terms came into effect.
15. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact us.
